Glen Hurry (12Gauge Rampage)

12Gauge Rampage releases their debut album 'Unleash The Rage' on August 5th through Grindhead Records. No better time to catch up with the bassist Glen Hurry to chew the fat about the album and a heap of other topics sure to catch your attention. Stay tuned right to the end as I pay tribute to two fallen titans of metal.

Tass & Toli Hadoulis (Warrior Within)

Warrior Within is a Sunshine Coast-based outfit producing some of the gnarliest thrash inspired heavy metal of 2021. I invited the brothers' Tass & Toli Hadoulis to talk about the recently released singles "Pagan Spirit" and "Last Blaze of the Phoenix". We cover a heap of topics in addition to the singles so check it out!

Michael ’Sullo’ Sullivan (Planet of the 8s)

After hearing the tune "Holy Fire" from their upcoming EP Lagrange Point Vol I, I thought it'd be a great idea to chat with Sullo and get the low down all about the band. This is a far-reaching conversation that takes in topics related to the band, the Australian music industry, the bass guitar, and a heap more!

Francesco Artusato (Light the Torch)

Light the Torch has just released a cracker of an album called You Will Be the Death of Me via Nuclear Blast and Francesco is on hand to discuss. A heap of great topics in this conversation relating to the album, Fran's approach to the guitar sound on the album and battling through debilitating heat and pain. Fran also shares his thoughts on recruiting band members.

Sebasthian Bentos-Pereira (Beleth)

Sebasthian Bentos-Pereira is the vocalist in south-western Sydney via Gladstone, Queensland's excellent blackened groove band, Beleth. On the back of the quality of the epic full-length album Silent Genesis I reached out to the group's publicist for a chat and found Sebasthian to be a phenomenal conversationalist in addition to his talent as a vocalist and songwriter. Beleth is the sound of the underground at its best!

Martin Mendez (Opeth/ White Stones)

Martin Mendez is the colossal bassist in Opeth and the man at the helm of the prog-rock fusion/ death metal outfit White Stones. The sophomore album from White Stones is called Dancing Into Oblivion and Martin is on hand to chat about the record and many other topics such as Opeth.

Chris Themelco (Orpheus Omega)

Chris and the lads in Orpheus Omega have teamed up with Triple Kill for a run of shows on the Australian east coast in June 2021 to support the launch of the split EP Career Suicide, in which the band's cover Blink-182, Fountains of Wayne and other pop/ punk faves. Chris is on hand to discuss everything from the EP, the shows, COVID-19, and a bunch of other worthy topics.

Robyn Ferguson

Robyn Ferguson is an extraordinary guitar instrumentalist from South Africa who has just released an EP of introspective piano tunes called The Waking World. The EP showcases Robyn's exceptional talent as a multi-instrumentalist and songwriter. She's on hand to discuss the project and we dive into a heap of other topics relating to society and the world around us.
